NATURE’S POLYGONS

SOLD OUT!

Norah Gaughan and Emily O’Neil

Brooklyn Tweed

August 9-12, 2019

Norah Gaughan found early inspiration for a knitwear collection on the Northern California Coast in and around the Point Reyes National Seashore. We are delighted to welcome Norah back to the Coast in August 2019.

She is joined by her associate and friend, the multi-talented artist and designer, Emily O’Neil.

Brooklyn Tweed is the yarn sponsor for this Retreat in support of Norah’s valued association as a member of their Design Team.

Pacific Knitting Retreats returns to the Marconi State Historic Park on Tomales Bay - a location of great beauty and comfort - to host this inspiring team.

Prepare for your trip

Comfortable,  casual clothing is perfect - include walking shoes.  The weather on the coast in August is typically foggy in the morning and evenings, and warm temperatures during the long, light filled days.   It is always good to observe the Bay Area mantra and dress in layers and also to pack a wind and water resistant jacket.  A headlamp or flashlight is a good idea.  There is no TV and limited wi-fi, so reading materials are suggested - and your knitting of course!  No candles, incense or pets please.
